During her early childhood her family made fun of her because she would only watch movies with melting letters, which later evolved into a love of full fledged horror films. "I also loved the smell of funeral incense which made everyone else sneeze or cry. It's a Catholic thing." For Sherie, this was just a precursor that led to other interests such as legends, cemeteries, paranormal and the unexplained.

While attending college at South Alabama Sherie became a member of the Speakers Bureau. She was then asked to organize and host a ghost hunt with the famed Ed and Lorraine Warren who were the special guest speakers for the weekend of fun. "It was during that weekend that I had enough experiences to take the word skeptic out of my vocabulary."

While living in Texas Sherie also developed a love of photography and on her return to Alabama, started a portfolio of cemetery angels. "Paranormal investigation is something I have always wanted to do. So when I heard Cinnamon had started a group, I jumped at the chance to join. With each new investigation that comes along, I look forward to the possibility of one day capturing proof on film." Something she can share with the rest of the world.
